Last year renewables and natural gas combined represented more than 80 percent of new electricity capacity additions in the U.S. Indeed, for America, old king coal and once mighty nuclear as a percent of total generation are on the decline as both natural gas and renewables rise. But can renewables and natural gas find a way to work together as the U.S. energy mix inexorably shifts to these lower carbon options?

Join us for a lively interactive conversation as we explore a host of issues and questions. For example, how will low-cost natural gas reserves impact future renewables development? What’s the right role for renewable energy standards and subsidies in the support of renewables? And can renewables and natural gas industries find synergies that don’t impede, but enhance, their mutual growth? Join Clean Edge Managing Director, Ron Pernick, in conversation with Doug Arent, Executive Director, Joint Institute for Strategic Energy Analysis, NREL; Don Furman, Chairman, The Wind Energy Foundation and former SVP, Iberdrola Renewables; and Michael Butler, Chairman and CEO, Cascadia Capital.

You won't want to miss this exclusive Clean Edge webinar co-hosted with Cascadia Capital.
